The goal of this project was to present the different market segments - buyers, industry professionals and final consumers - with the most complete image of the Parma region, combining the gastronomic excellencies with the particularities of the traditions and unique aspects of their origins.
This promotional marketing initiative was carried out on behalf of Parma Alimentare in Frankfurt, one of the cities that best represents Germany from the point of view of the market, institutional relationships and German tourism in Italy.
Three events were organised:
- Event presentation and tasting for industry professionals and the press
- A workshop for German chefs
- A Parma tasting menu in seven of the city's top restaurants
