Typical Wines from Reggio Emilia were protagonists in Barcellona, with Frizzante la Primavera, and in Monaco for Frizzante l’estate.
16th –30th april 2008, Barcellona. Frizzante la primavera. Six restaurants in Barcellona partecipated to “Frizzante la primavera” with special menus, tasting and recipes based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegarof Reggio Emilia; together with the Wines from Reggio Emilia. These restaurants were: Giardinetto, De Gustibus, Le quattro stagioni, Panino capriccioso, D.o, Àpat.
20th – 29th June 2008, Monaco. Frizzante l’estate. Wines from Reggio Emilia were protagonists for ten days on the tables of six restaurants in Monaco. Traditional food from Reggio Emilia was tasted with the typical wines in these selected restaurants: Essneun, Ristorante Nabucco, Antica Toscana, Hippocampus, Bogenhauser Hof and Café Prinzipal where have been organized the buffet for journalists.
